Raised while a page is read, on the thread that reads it: the stage the page is at and, while the page model reads, the characters it has written, at most every 150 milliseconds. A progress bar moves with it between two PageParsed.

Remarks

Nothing is measured while no handler is attached. A handler runs on the reading's thread and should return at once.
