One under another: the entries of a list, the lines of a label-value block, a caption or a contents column read as several elements.

Row = 1

Side by side on one printed row: a label and its value, a contents entry and its page number, a field of a form read as two elements.

A chart with what the page prints for it outside its drawing: the legend entries and the label lines its legend carries. The first member in the reading order holding a figure is the chart; the block's text is the words the chart prints.
