Low = 0: About 7% of codewords recoverable. The densest symbol for a given payload.
Medium = 1: About 15% recoverable. The usual choice for screens and print.
Quartile = 2: About 25% recoverable.
High = 3: About 30% recoverable. The most tolerant, and the largest symbol.
