SetMetadata(ImageMetadataFamilies, byte[])

Replaces ONE metadata family with bytes (or removes it when null or empty): an XMP packet to write, an IPTC record, an EXIF block. The next Encode(ImageOutputFormat, ImageEncoderOptions) writes it into every container that can hold it.
