FindMatches(string, PiiPatternKinds)

Finds every hit of the selected detectors in text.

public static IReadOnlyList<PiiPatternMatch> FindMatches(string text, PiiPatternKinds kinds = PiiPatternKinds.All)

Parameters

text string

The text to scan.

kinds PiiPatternKinds

The detectors to run. Default: all of them.

Returns

IReadOnlyList<PiiPatternMatch>

The hits, in text order, overlapping hits resolved in favor of the most specific detector.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

text is null.
