SetRightsMetadata(ImageRightsMetadata)

Writes rights into the picture's XMP packet, so the next encode carries the copyright notice, creator, credit line, usage terms and rights page inside the file. An XMP packet the picture already carries keeps every other property; the rights properties are replaced. Fields left blank are removed from the packet.

Parameters

rights ImageRightsMetadata

The rights statement.

Remarks

The encoder writes XMP when its options keep the Xmp family (the default keeps every family).

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

rights is null.

ArgumentException

A field is too long, or the web statement is not an http(s) address.
